Joshua Smith Photography is my studio in West Monroe, Louisiana. I run this site myself; when this page says "I", that's me, Joshua.

When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you ordered. Card details go straight to Stripe, the payment company; they never reach me or this site.

When you write to me, ask for a room preview or share a photo of a print on your wall: what you send, including the photo. Collector photos are only shown on the site with your OK.

When you join the new-print list: your email address.

If I capture or print your artwork: your files, your details, the prints you order, and, on your private page, which of your links were opened and which pieces were downloaded, so you can see who's looking.

To make and deliver your prints, answer you, and send the emails you'd expect: order confirmations, updates, invoices, and (for artists) your link and notes when new art is added. The new-print list gets an email a few times a year. Artists who agree to texts get a text when new art is added; reply STOP to end them.

I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Stripe takes payments. Resend sends email. Twilio sends texts (only to artists who've agreed). Cloudflare stores the site's files and runs the AI that suggests titles and descriptions for artwork images. DigitalOcean hosts the site. Dropbox holds artists' files they share with me. Lumaprints makes canvas and metal prints, so it receives the shipping address for those orders. Each only gets what it needs for its part.

Only the ones the site needs to work: one that keeps an artist's private page open in their browser, and one for my own sign-in to the studio. Your cart is kept in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.

Orders are kept for my business and tax records. Anything else I'll correct or delete when you ask, and every email from the new-print list lets you leave it. Artists can ask me to remove their page and files at any time; I keep only what I need for past orders.
