How ordering works
Plain and short: how your prints are made, shipped and looked after.
Made to order
Every print is made for you after you order. What you see in the preview (the size, the paper or material, the crop and any white border) is what's printed. Screens differ, so colours can look a little different on yours; prints are made on calibrated equipment to match the original file.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay, and any sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. For artists' orders and invoices, the amount shown on your invoice is the amount due.
Making and shipping
Paper prints are made by hand in my studio, usually within a few working days. Canvas and metal prints are made by my partner lab. Each product page gives an estimate of when your order should arrive.
Orders are packed to travel flat or rolled as the size needs, and shipped with tracking. Local pickup in West Monroe is free; I'll email you when your order is ready.
If something isn't right
Damaged on the way, or not what you ordered? My guarantee covers it, and the remake or replacement is on me. Because every print is made to order, I can't take back a print just for a change of mind, but you can cancel any time before I start making it.
Limited editions
Limited editions are numbered and never reprinted past their edition size. Each comes with a certificate of authenticity, which anyone can check on this site.
Copyright
My photographs are mine: buying a print gives you the print, not the right to copy it. Please don't reproduce, resell or use the images without my written permission. Painting from my photographs is welcome under the terms on the reference page.
Artists keep the copyright in their own work. I use your files only to serve you: your private page, your prints, look books and the emails you get. When you upload art to print, you're confirming you have the right to have it printed.
The small print
If something goes wrong with an order, the most I'm responsible for is what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana.
